Returns & Exchanges – FAQ
Because of the delicate nature of lace wigs and hygiene reasons, our return & exchange policy is stricter than regular products. We appreciate your understanding . At Hair Cherry, every wig is carefully quality-checked and packed with love before it leaves us.
Here’s everything you need to know:
Q. Do you offer refunds?
We’re sorry, but we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Q. Can international customers return or exchange?
Unfortunately, no. For international orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Q. Can I exchange my wig? ( Only for Domestic orders limited to India)
Yes! We do allow exchanges, provided:
- You raise the request within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
- The product is in perfect, unused condition (not brushed, combed, cut, washed, styled, or altered in any way)
Q. When will my wig not qualify for exchange?
Your wig will not qualify for exchange or replacement if:
- It shows damage, wear & tear, or signs of use
- It has been incorrectly installed
- It has been altered in any way (brushed, combed, cut, washed, colored, styled, etc.)
Q. How do I raise an exchange request?
Simply reach out to us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and the reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Q. What if I’m struggling with installing the wig?
Sometimes customers feel unsure about installation – and that’s completely normal! If that’s the case, an exchange isn’t necessary. We’ll gladly support you with:
- A post-purchase video consultation, or
- An in-person visit (by appointment only) at our location, where our team will help you with the installation.
Q. What if the style/length/color I want isn’t available?
If your preferred option is unavailable, we’ll issue you a store credit (valid for 3 months) in the form of a coupon code.
- ₹1000 will be deducted from the credit as re-shipping charges
- You’ll also need to cover the shipping cost of sending the product back to us
Q. Who is responsible for return shipping?
The return shipping is your responsibility. Please use a reliable, trackable courier service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
What if I tried the wig in person before buying?
Q. If you’ve already tried the wig at our site/location, no return or exchange will be possible. Is there a limit to how many times I can exchange?
Yes. To keep things fair, we allow only one exchange per customer.
